What to include

Send the route, browser, device and the steps that failed. Please do not send private campaign notes, player names, health details, passwords or a complete session share link. Support mail is used to answer the request, investigate abuse or security issues and keep the necessary correspondence; it is not an account or a campaign-storage channel.

Response expectation

There is no guaranteed response time. A rights or privacy request should use a clear subject such as “Privacy request” or “Portrait review” so it can be routed correctly.
