How the kit works

The kit is a versioned set of original tables and small browser algorithms. It does not ask a model or a game-rules database for an answer.

Repeatable on purpose

Your normalized brief and seed are hashed with SHA-256. A versioned sfc32 generator then chooses from authored tables. Each card gets a separate sub-seed, so rerolling a scene cannot quietly change the NPC you pinned.

Dice you can audit

The dice route parses integers, modifiers and d-notation with keep/drop. It never uses eval. Unseeded rolls use unbiased Web Crypto rejection sampling; a seeded roll is labelled reproducible.

Boundaries

Results are fictional prompts, not official rules, balanced encounters, professional advice or canonical lore. The kit contains no commercial stat block, spell, monster, setting noun or copied random table.
